The Pre-Academic Program 2023 will assist participants in adjusting to U.S., academic, and community culture through host family connections, community engagement activities, lectures on U.S. culture and related topics by community representatives and more.
Located on the Downtown campus of WVU at Morgantown, the ELLI Fulbright Pre-Academic Program 2023 offers easy access to campus resources, connection to community and culture activities, participation in seasonal cultural events, as well as access to local social recreation resources.
The Downtown campus also offers easy access to downtown shopping and
dining areas along High and Spruce Streets. Local eateries include
traditional and international restaurants such as Thai, Middle Eastern,
Chinese, Mexican, Italian, and Japanese, as well as local bakeries and
an ice cream parlor.
The local Rail Trail hiking and biking trail system is easily accessed from several locations on campus and downtown.
The Hazel Ruby McQuain Amphitheater and performance entertainment park are located within walking distance of campus along the Rail Trail.
