Located on the Downtown campus of WVU at Morgantown, the ELLI Fulbright Pre-Academic Program 2023 offers easy access to campus resources, connection to community and culture activities, participation in seasonal cultural events, as well as access to local social recreation resources.

Downtown campus resources include the Downtown/Wise Library, the MountainLair Student Union with Hatfield's dining service and a number of restaurants, WLLL and ELLI offices and instructional classrooms, the Office of Global Affairs, as well as other WVU administrative offices.

Mountainlair Student Union is the center of all extracurricular activities on WVU's downtown campus. The Mountainlair hosts

Community of International Students
The Downtown campus also offers easy access to downtown shopping and
dining areas along High and Spruce Streets. Local eateries include
traditional and international restaurants such as Thai, Middle Eastern,
Chinese, Mexican, Italian, and Japanese, as well as local bakeries and
an ice cream parlor.
The local Rail Trail hiking and biking trail system is easily accessed from several locations on campus and downtown.
The Hazel Ruby McQuain Amphitheater and performance entertainment park are located within walking distance of campus along the Rail Trail.
