WVU campus provides housing, meals, libraries, academic and recreation resources. Participants will be provided transportation from the airport to campus and returned to the airport at end of program.
Transportation to WVU from the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), housing in
WVU campus dorms, meals in the campus dining hall, catered meals for external activities,
and transportation departure to PIT airport are provided by the Fulbright Pre-Academic
program at WVU.
Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided by the WVU Dining Services
and the hotel catering service. Meals will be served at the
WVU MountainLair Hatfield's restaurant and at the hotel. Some meals
will be served to-go and as boxed lunches according to program activities and schedules.
Participants will be housed in
campus dorms/residence halls in double suites. The dorms are located within
close walking distance to all classes and events. A pillow, blanket, sheet set
(pillowcase, flat sheet and fitted sheet), towels, and washcloths will be provided.
During the last week of the program, participants will be housed in hotel suites
conveniently located near campus.
During the six-week program, you will have an WVU ID and will have the same access
to university facilities as WVU students. All fellows will have access to:
Participant air travel arrangements must be made to the Pittsburgh International
Airport (PIT), Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. A Program Faculty member will be
at PIT airport to meet you and assist you with your transportation to WVU.
When you have your travel itinerary, you must log on to your
eCampusand complete the
Travel Itinerarysurvey. After you complete the survey, you will be contacted via the email by an ELLI
member.
Transportation from the Pittsburgh airport to the WVU dormitory will be provided
on July 1st.
Transportation Pick-up schedules from PIT airport to WVU will be announced in
advance of July 1st.
Transportation from the hotel to the Pittsburgh airport will be provided
on August 12th.

There are many forms on local transportation available in the Morgantown, WV area
such as Lyft, Uber, MountainLine Bus service (free to WVU ID cardholders) and
the PRT campus metro.
WVU Campus Buseswill provide across campus transportation during PRT repair period (use WVU
ID)
